Role overview
The Master is responsible for the safe operation of the Bulk carrier, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. The Master will oversee all deck operations, including cargo handling and navigation. The Master will also be responsible for the overall management of the vessel.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing the crew, and ensuring the safe handling of cargo. The Master will also be responsible for maintaining the vessel's safety equipment and performing regular drills and training exercises. The Master will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a bulk carrier.
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and conventions.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
