Employer Verification

What the labels mean

• Verified employer: basic employer or recruiter information has been reviewed by Marine Insight 360.
• Pending verification: the employer has not yet been marked as verified in the public portal.
• Confidential: the employer name is not public on the listing. Candidates should confirm the hiring route before sharing sensitive documents.
• Not verified: the employer is not currently approved for candidate applications on Marine Insight 360.

Verification is not a guarantee

Employer labels are trust signals, not guarantees. Always verify a role independently before sharing sensitive documents or making travel arrangements.

No candidate fees

Employers, recruiters and third parties using the platform must not request or collect recruitment, placement, processing, interview, joining, visa, travel, training or document-handling fees from candidates through Marine Insight 360.

How employers are reviewed

Reviews may include checking basic company identity, account ownership, contact details, listing quality and candidate safety reports. Marine Insight 360 may remove listings, restrict posting or block accounts when safety concerns are reported.
